reasons outlined in this reoort.

9. Resolution in support of State tax reform legislation.
Recommendation: That the City Council request the City Manager
to direct a communication to the State Legislators
of Orange County requesting support of tax reform
legislation embodying the principles of the League
of California Cities resolution on this matter.
