by the Orange County ~arshal's Office.
Recommendation:
That the City Council request the City representative
to the Orange County League of California Cities
Executive Committee to express the City of Cypress'
opposition to the service of arrest and bench war-
rants by the Orange County }{arshal's Office for
the reasons outlined by the City of Westminster
and the Orange County Police and Sheriff's Asso-
ciation.
