10. Confirm Appointment of City Commissioners

11. Receive and File a Residential Parking Permit District Petition on Teresa Avenue,
Santa Elise Street, and Santa Rita Street and Set a Public Hearing

Recommendation:
1. Receive and file the petition to establish a Residential Parking Permit District on
Teresa Avenue, Santa Elise Street and Santa Rita Street between 2:00 a.m. and 6:00
a.m.; and

Parking Permit District.
