Approve an Ordinance Updating Taxicab Regulations Prepared by: Peter Grant, City Manager Recommendation: Introduce for first reading an Ordinance, by title only, updating taxicab regulations. 10. Confirm Appointment of City Commissioners Prepared by: Alisha Farnell, Acting City Clerk Recommendation: Confirm appointments to the Recreation and Community Services, Senior Citizens, and Traffic Commissions. 11. Receive and File a Residential Parking Permit District Petition on Teresa Avenue, Santa Elise Street, and Santa Rita Street and Set a Public Hearing Prepared by: Doug Dancs, Director of Community Development Recommendation: 1. Receive and file the petition to establish a Residential Parking Permit District on Teresa Avenue, Santa Elise Street and Santa Rita Street between 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m.; and 2.
