Consideration of receipt of Orange County Mosquito Abatement District Minutes of the meeting held January 20, 1972. Recommendation: That the City Council receive and file these minutes. 2. Consideration of request to proclaim February 21-25 as Nutrition Week". Recommendation: That the City Council proclaim February 2]-25, 1972 as "Nutritic~n Week" in the City of Cypress, as requested by the Cy~a lr~.._Women~b. 3 ~/ 2~J~ C*~-~_ 3. Consideration of request to proclaim February 26, 1972 as "Cypress Beautifica- tion Day". Recommendation: That the City Council proclaim February 26, 1972 as "Cypress Beautification Day" as requested by the Woman's Club of Cypress. 4. Consideration of communications concerning the need for construction o~ additional electrical generating facilities in Orange County. Recommendation: That the City Council request the Orange County Division of the League of California Cities to undertake a more detailed analysis of the electrical power needs of the County, and to fu~rther advise all City Councils of Orange County of their findings. 5. Consideration of appointment of official representatives to the Southern California Association of Governments. Recommendation: That the City Council approve the appointment of Mayor Robert Harvey as the City of Cypress official representative to the So. Calif. Consideration of authorization for the City Manager to attend League Conference. Recommendation: That the City Council authorize the City Manager to attend the annual City Managers' Conference in Coronado on March 8-10, 1972 and to be reimbursed for necessary and actual expenses~ 8.
