for Riley Holcomb, for Alleged Damages Incurred by the
Enforcement of Conditions Imposed on a Massage Parlor
Permit~
Recommendation:
That the City Council officially deny the claim submitted by
Mrs Singer in behalf of Riley Holcomb and forward to the
City's insurance carrier for any further disposition.
Consideration of Receipt of Claim Submitted by Mr. Neal Singer, Attorney
for Diana Angelo, for Alleged Damages incurred by the
Enforcement of Conditions Imposed on a Massage Parlor Permit~
Recommendation:
That the City Council officially deny the claim submitted by
Mr. Singer in behalf of Diana Angelo and forward to the City's

Consideration of Acceptance of Improvements and Release of Bonds for
CU 2.53 and 258, Walker Street Project ~144-10.
That the City Council accept the Public /improvements in Pro-
ject #7144-10 as being satisfactorily completed in accordance
with plans and specifications, and authorize the City Clerk
to release the Labor and Material Bond upon expiration of
their required lien periods providing no mechanics liens
are filed, with the Performance Bond to be held for one year
from the date of acceptance to guarantee any defects in
material or workmanship.

Recommendation: That the City Council accept the public improvements in Project
#7145-10 as being satisfactorily completed in accordance withg
plans and specifications, and authorize the City Clerk to
release the Labor and Material Bond upon expiration of their ~i

with the Performance Bond to be held for one year from the
date of acceptance to guarantee any defects in material or
workmanship.

12. Consideration of acceptance of improvements and release of bonds for

Recommendation: That the City Council accept the public improvements in ~,~-~'~'~"~'
Project #7044-10 as being satisfactorily completed in
accordance with plans and specifications, and autho=ize
the City Clerk to release the Labor and Material Bond
upon expiration of their required lien periods providing
no mechanics liens are filed with the performance bond
to be held for one year from the date of acceptance to
guarantee any defects in material or workmanship.
13. Consideration of Authorization for attendance at the League of California
Cities New Mayors' and CouncilmenDs Institute.
Recommendation: That the City Council authorize the Mayor and Members of the
City Council to attend the new Mayors' and Councilmen's
Institute in San Diego, May 17-19, 1972 and that they be
reimbursed for their necessary and actual expenses.
14. Consideration of request from Mrs. Richard Ao Haecker, President of St.
Mary's Hospital Guild, Inc. for Waiver of Admissions Tax.
Recommendation: That the CiTy Council g~ant the waiver of Admissions Tax as
requested by St. Mary's Hospital Guild, Inc. for the Night
at the Races scheduled for June 15, 1972 at Los Alamitos
Race Course~
15o Consideration of request of the Senior Citizens Club of Cypress for a
meeting facility.
Recommendation: That the City Council a~thorize the City Manager to notify the
Senior Citizens Club of Cypress of the availmbility of the
community meeting room at the Cypress/Arnold Park after
June 5, 1972o

Amendment to the Zoning Ordinance Noo 90, Establishing
a Residential Estate (R-E) Zone, Initiated by the City

17. PUBLIC HEARING ~o Ascertain whether the premises located at 5620 Camp St.,
Generally located on the south side of Camp Street, East of
Walker Street, may be maintained in such a way as to
