Noe Community Center° Recommendation: That the City Council request the City Attorney to prepare a 12-month extension of the Lease between the City and the Cypress Chamber of Commerce for the use of the Frank P. Noe Community Center without any changes in the terms or conditions, and further authorize the Mayor to sign the Lease extension and the City Clerk to attest the signature. 11.
