A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Cypress Finding and Declaring that a Majority Protest has not been made in the Proceedings known as "Annexation No. 72-2". First Reading of An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Cypress Approving the Annexation of Certain Territory, Designated as "Annexation No. 72-2" to the City of Cypress.
