CONSENT CALENDAR:
All matters listed under "Consent Calendar" are to be considered by the City Council
to be routine and will be enacted by one motion approving the recommendation listed
on the agenda.
4. Consideration of receipt of application for an Off-Sale Beer & Wine License
at the Lincoln Market, 5177 Lincoln Avenue, Cypress.
Recommendation: Receive and file.
5. Consideration of acceptance of improvements and release of bonds for CU 256,
Graham Street Project #7147-10.
Recommendation: That the City Council accept the public improvements in Project
#7147-10 as being satisfactorily completed in accordance with
plans and specifications and authorize the City Clerk to
release the Labor and Material Bond upon expiration of their
required lien period providing no mechanics liens are filed
with the Performance Bond to be held for one year from the
date of acceptance to guarantee any defects in material or
workmanship°

#7149-10 as being satisfactorily completed in accordance with
plans and specifications and authorize the City Clerk to
