1. Establish a Residential Parking Permit District on Santa Elise Street, Teresa
Avenue, and Santa Rita Street

Recommendation: Establish a residential parking permit district on Santa Elise Street,
Teresa Avenue, and Santa Rita Street between 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m.
2. Approve a Revised Master Fee Schedule
Prepared by: Matt Burton, Director of Finance and Administrative Services
Recommendation:
1. Adopt a Resolution approving the revised Master Fee Schedule for the City and
Recreation and Park District, including annual Consumer Price Index adjustments; and
2. Dedicate additional Recreation and Park District revenue arising from the revised
Master Fee Schedule for facilities and park rehabilitation and replacement; and
3. Direct the City Manager to develop an annual report on Recreation and Park District
fees as part of the Recreation and Community Services Department's Strategic Plan;
and
4. Receive and file the Comprehensive User Fee Study and Cost Allocation Plan
prepared by MGT of America Consulting, LLC.

Recommendation: Accept the Sewer System Evaluations, Project 220, in the amount
of $112,300.48.
11. Award a Contract for the Replacement of the Oak Knoll Park Restroom and
Concession Building

Recommendation: Award a contract to Public Restroom Company for $508,539, and
authorize a contingency of $25,425, for the replacement of the Oak Knoll Park
restroom and concession building.
12. Award Contracts for Custodial Services

Recommendation: Award two-year contracts for custodial services at City buildings,
District buildings, and District park restrooms to United Maintenance Systems for
$233,269 annually.
