Recommendation:
That the City Council approve the exchange of Lincoln's
birthday, ~ebruary 12, 1973, for the Friday after
Thanksgiving, as requested.
5. Consideration of Request for Pa. rticipation in the American Cancer Society's
Bike-a-thon~
Rec ommenda t ion:
That the City Council grant the request for the City to be
included in the 'American Cancer Society's bike-a-thon prog-
ram, subject to conditions established by the City Staff.
6. Consideration of Purchase of Manual of Guidelines for Information Systems.
Recommendation:
That the City Council authorize the City Manager to purchase
the Manual of Guidelines for Infor~mtion Systems prepared
by the Intergovernmental Board on Electronic Data Pro-
cessing.
7. Consideration of Request for Extension of Time for Completion of Under-
ground Utility District No. 3.
Recommendation:
That the City Council authorize an extension of the completion
deadline of the Underground Utility District No. 3 to April
1, 1973.
