Receive and File the Settlement Agreement with Orange County Catholic Worker and the Memorandum of Understanding for the North Orange County Service Planning Area Homeless Navigation Centers Prepared by� Peter Grant, City Manager Recommendation: 1. Receive and file the Settlement Agreement with Orange County Catholic Worker; and 2. Receive and file the Memorandum of Understanding for the North Orange County Service Planning Area Homeless Navigation Centers; and 3. Appropriate $60,000 in the General Fund for anticipated additional construction and first-year operating costs associated with the Memorandum of Understanding; and 4. Increase estimated grant revenues in the General Fund by $63,419 for a Board of State and Community Corrections Law Enforcement Grant eligible for use on homeless outreach efforts. 6.
