5. Receive and File the Settlement Agreement with Orange County Catholic Worker
and the Memorandum of Understanding for the North Orange County Service
Planning Area Homeless Navigation Centers

Recommendation:
1. Receive and file the Settlement Agreement with Orange County Catholic Worker; and
2. Receive and file the Memorandum of Understanding for the North Orange County
Service Planning Area Homeless Navigation Centers; and
3. Appropriate $60,000 in the General Fund for anticipated additional construction and
first-year operating costs associated with the Memorandum of Understanding; and
4. Increase estimated grant revenues in the General Fund by $63,419 for a Board of
State and Community Corrections Law Enforcement Grant eligible for use on homeless
outreach efforts.
6. Approve Register of Warrants, Transfers, and Wires Issued for the Period of
August 17, 2019 through August 30, 2019
