8:00 P.M.--PUBLIC HEARINGS:
1. PUBLIC HEARING to consider the proposed vacation of a 12 foot
wide storm drain easement located north of Ball
Road and west of Valley View Street on property
owned by Mount Calvary Lutheran Church.
a. Resolution of the City Council of the City of Cypress
vacating a 12 foot wide storm drain easement
on property owned by Mount Calvary Lutheran
Church in the vicinity of the northwest corner
of Valley View Street and Ball Road.
2. PUBLIC HEARING to ascertain whether the premises located at
the Northeast corner of Denni Street and Orange
Avenue (Assessor's Parcel No. 244-013-054) may be
maintained in ~ch a way as to constitute a pub-
lic nuisance, the abatement of which is appro-
priate under the provisions of Article III of
Chapter 13 of the Cypress City Code. At such
hearing, the City Council will hear and consider
all relevant evidence, objections, or protests,
and receive testimony from owners, witnesses,
city personnel and interested persons relative
to such alleged nuisance and to the proposed
rehabilitation, repair or demolition of such
premises.

III of Chapter 13 of the Cypress City Code,
and ordering the abatement of the same by the
owner thereof.

Parcel No. 242-112-1) may be maintained in such
a way as to constitute a public nuisance, the

the Zoning Ordinance No. 90 to change the zone
of a parcel of land from C-2 (General Commercial)
to R-3 (Multiple-family Residential) generally
located on the west side of Juanira Street,
approximately 330 feet north of Ball Road, re-
quested by Seagate Investment Corporation, 9300
Wilshire Boulevard, Beverly Hills, California,
known as Zone Change No. Z-174.
a. First Reading Ordinance amending Zoning Ordinance No. 90
to change the zone of property located on the
west side of Juanita north of Ball Road from C-2
to R-3.
6. PUBLIC HEARING to consider an application for conditional use
permit to allow the construction of a residential
planned development in the P-D (Planned Develop-
ment) zone on property generally located at the
southeast corner of Bloomfield Street and Ball
Road, requested by Valiant Investment Company,
9300 Wilshire Boulevard, Beverly Hills, Califor-
nia, known as Conditional Use Permit No. C-217.
7. PUBLIC HEARING to consider a proposed amendment of the Zoning
Ordinance No. 90, adding Section 122.13, "Repair,
Maintenance and Rehabilitation Permit~ed", in
Part 22 of said Ordinance, referring to Non-Con-
forming Uses and Buildings, initiated by the
Secretary of the Planning Commission, at the
request of the Cypress City Council.
a. First Reading Ordinance amending Zoning Ordinance No. 90,
adding Section 122.13, "Repair, Maintenance and
Rehabilitation Permitted in Part 22 of said
Ordinance.
8. PUBLIC HEARING to consider a proposed amendment to the Zoning
Ordinance No. 90, Section 126.4 of Part 26 of said
Ordinance, to clarify and strengthen the require-
ment of dedication and street improvement construc-
tion as a condition of issuance of building per-
mits, initiated by the Secretary of the Planning
Commission, at the request of the Cypress City
Council.
