PUBLIC HEARING to consider an application for amendment to Zoning
Ordinance No. 90 to change the zone of a certain
parcel of land located on the southwest corner of
Cerritos Avenue and Knott Avenue, from C-1 (Neigh-
borhood Stores) to C-O (Commercial Office), initiated
by the Cypress Planning Commission and known as Zone
Change No. Z-177.
