Accept the Annual Slurry Seal, Project 231 Prepared by: Doug Dancs, Director of Community Development Recommendation: Accept the Annual Slurry Seal, Project 231, in the amount of $432,536.37 and approve the final payment of $21,626.82 to Roy Allan Slurry Seal. 6. Accept the Arterial Rehabilitation, Project 213 Prepared by: Doug Dancs, Director of Community Development Recommendation: Accept Arterial Rehabilitation, Project 213, in the amount of $686,699.48 and approve the final payment of $34,334.97 to RJ Noble Company. Approve Transient Occupancy Tax Audit Contract Prepared by: Matt Burton, Director of Finance and Administrative Services Recommendation: 1. Approve a three-year contract with Davis Farr, LLP for $43,250 for transient occupancy tax compliance audit services, and; 2. Appropriate $9,000 in the General Fund. 10. Approve Two Cellular Antenna Facilities and Streetlight Pole Replacements - Design Review Committee Permit Nos. 3154 and 3155 Prepared by: Doug Dancs, Director of Community Development Recommendation: Approve Design Review Committee Permit Nos. 3154 and 3155, subject to the attached conditions. 11.
