NEW BUSINESS:
Consideration of Final Tract Map No. 6051, located west of Denni, south
of Ball, north of the Carbon Creek Channel, 9.819 acres,
88 Planned Development lots, plus lots A-F, as requested
by the Larwin Company, 9300 Wilshire Boulevard, Beverly
Hills, California; Acceptance of Bonds and Agreements for
Public Improvements; Authorization for the Mayor and
