THIS IS A CITY COUNCIL MEETING BY WEBINAR/TELECONFERENCE ONLY.
On March 17, 2020, Governor Newsom issued Executive Order N-29-20, which authorizes the City
Council to hold public meetings via teleconferencing and suspends certain provisions of the Ralph M.
Brown Act in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Members of the public may participate, provide public comment, and view the webinar by registering
at: https://attendee.gotowebinar.com/register/7669863671422796814. Following registration, you
will receive an email containing a Zink to join the webinar, enabling you to provide live comments
during Public Hearing or Oral Communications portions of the meeting and view live presentations.
Advance registration is recommended.
Registration is not required to listen to the meeting in teleconference mode. The teleconference is
available by calling (213) 929-4212 and entering Access Code 560-025-600 when prompted. No
Audio Pin is necessary.

10. Approve Supplemental Appropriations and Increases to Estimated Revenues and

1. Adopt a Resolution waiving a minor bid irregularity and award a contract to Speedy Fix Inc.,
Santa Ana, CA, for $194,993.08, and authorize a contingency of $29,200; and
2. Approve a Task Order for Construction Inspection Services to TRCNali Cooper and
Associates, for $10,380, and authorize a contingency of $1,550.
13. Approve Register of Warrants, Transfers, and Wires Issued for the Period of August
8, 2020, through August 28, 2020
