On March 17, 2020, Governor Newsom issued Executive Order N-29-20, which authorizes the City Council to hold public meetings via teleconference or electronically and suspends certain provisions of the Ralph M. Brown Act in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Members of the public may participate, provide public comment, and view the webinar by registering at: https://attendee.gotowebinar.com/register/3725591109573859339. Following registration, you will receive an email containing a Zink to join the webinar, enabling you to provide live comments during Oral Communications or Public Hearing portions of the meeting and view live presentations. Advance registration is recommended. Registration is not required to listen to the meeting in teleconference mode. Accept Residential Street Resurfacing Improvements — CDBG, Project 253 Prepared by: Doug Dancs, Director of Public Works Recommendation: 1. Accept the Residential Street Resurfacing Improvements — CDBG, Project 253, in the amount of $213,067.94 and approve the final payment of $10,653.40 to Onyx Paving Company, Inc.; and 2. Authorize the City Engineer to file a Notice of Completion with the County Recorder. 6. Award Contract for Community Center AudioNisual Technology Enhancements Prepared by: Cameron Harding, Director of Recreation and Community Services Recommendation: Award a contract to Golden Star Technology, Inc. (GST) for audio/visual technology enhancements in the Community Center in the amount of $93,700.10 and authorize a contingency of $14,055. 11. Award Contract for LED Street Sign Upgrades, Project 261 Prepared by: Doug Dancs, Director of Public Works Recommendation: Award a contract to Crosstown Electrical & Data, Inc., for $80,236, and authorize a contingency of $12,000. 12.
