**SPECIAL NOTICE REGARDING COVID-19**
THIS IS A CITY COUNCIL MEETING BY WEBINAR/TELECONFERENCE ONLY.
On March 17, 2020, Governor Newsom issued Executive Order N-29-20, which authorizes the City
Council to hold public meetings via teleconference or electronically and suspends certain provisions
of the Ralph M. Brown Act in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Members of the public may participate, provide public comment, and view the webinar by registering
at: https://attendee.gotowebinar.com/register/3575555051982828815. Following registration, you
will receive an email containing a link to join the webinar, enabling you to provide live comments
during Oral Communications or Public Hearing portions of the meeting and view live presentations.
Advance registration is recommended.
Registration is not required to listen to the meeting in teleconference mode. The teleconference is
available by calling (415) 655-0060 and entering Access Code 996-386-638 when prompted. No
Audio Pin is necessary.
Those persons wishing to make a general comment or a comment on an agenda item, may do so by

4. Approve Joint Agreement with Buena Park for the Lincoln Avenue Arterial
Rehabilitation, Project 258

1. Approve agreement with the City of Buena Park to share the cost of asphalt overlay
improvements on Lincoln Avenue; and
2. Approve a $55,000 increase in Estimated Revenues in the Measure M Fund for estimated
reimbursements from the City of Buena Park.
5. Approve Plans and Specifications and Award Contract for Residential Streets
Resurfacing Improvements - CDBG, Project 286.

Recommendation:
1. Approve plans and specifications for Residential Streets Resurfacing Improvements - CDBG,
Project 286; and
2. Award a contract to All American Asphalt for $138,472, and authorize a contingency of
$21,000; and
3. Approve a Task Order for Construction Inspection Services to TRCNaIi Cooper and
Associates, Inc., for $28,492, and authorize a contingency of $4,000.
6. Approve Plans and Specifications and Award a Contract for Tree Planting, Project 268

2. Authorize the City Manager to determine eligibility, award grants to qualified home
businesses and enter into any other agreements necessary to administer the Program.

Direction
