On March 17, 2020, Governor Newsom issued Executive Order N-29-20, which authorizes the City
Council to hold public meetings via teleconference or electronically and suspends certain provisions
of the Ralph M. Brown Act in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Consistent with the Governor's Orders, members of the public can view the City Council meeting
streamed live online at www.cypressca.org/watchlive or on Spectrum Cable Channel 36.
Additionally, the public may participate and provide public comment by registering
at https://attendee.gotowebinar.com/register/7429385090188924939 or join via listen -only mode
by calling (415) 655-0052 and entering Access Code 404-222-767 when prompted. No Audio Pin is
necessary.

Those persons wishing to make a general comment or a comment on an agenda item, may do so by

registration is recommended. Following registration, you will receive an email containing a link to join

3. Authorize the City Manager to enter into a School Resource Officer Memorandum of
