SPECIAL NOTICE REGARDING COVID-19

On March 17, 2020, Governor Newsom issued Executive Order N-29-20, which authorizes the City
Council to hold public meetings via teleconference or electronically and suspends certain provisions
of the Ralph M. Brown Act in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Consistent with the Governor's Orders, members of the public can view the City Council meeting
streamed live online at www.cypressca.org/watchlive or on Spectrum Cable Channel 36.
Additionally, the public may participate and provide public comment by registering
at https://attendee.gotowebinar.com/register/9090083055332103692 or join via listen -only mode
by calling (213) 929-4232 and entering Access Code 386-907-422 when prompted. No Audio Pin is
necessary.

Those persons wishing to make a general comment or a comment on an agenda item, may do so by

registration is recommended. Following registration, you will receive an email containing a Zink to join

Maintenance District No. 1 for Fiscal Year 2021-22; and
2. Adopt the attached Resolution declaring the City Council's intention to order the renewal of
Cypress Corporate Center Landscape Maintenance District No. 1 for maintenance of the
landscape and irrigation system located at the berm on the north side of the Stanton Channel
and establishing a public hearing for July 12, 2021.
5. Approve Plans and Specifications and Award Contracts for Concrete Rehabilitation,
Project 266

Associates, Inc. for $16,312, and authorize a contingency of $2,400.
