PUBLIC PARTICIPATION
Consistent with current COVID-19 safety guidelines, members of the public can participate in this
meeting as follows:
1. Attend In-Person. Limited first-come, first-served seating is available. All in-person attendees are
required to wear a face covering regardless of vaccination status, adhere to social distancing and seating
restrictions, and must be free of any symptoms associated with COVID-19.
2. Attend Virtually via Webinar. This option provides the ability to provide live public comments during
Oral Communications and view slideshow presentations. To participate via webinar, please register
at https://attendee.gotowebinar.com/register/4670999591226167308. Following registration, you will
receive an email containing a link to join the webinar. Advance registration is recommended.
3. Listen to the Meeting. The public may participate via the listen-only teleconference mode by calling
(914) 614-3221 and entering Access Code 307-120-658 when prompted. No registration or audio pin is
necessary.
4. Submit Public Comments Prior to the Meeting. The public may submit comments via email
to cityclerk@cypressca.org or by voicemail at (714) 229-6683. Comments submitted by 2:00 p.m. on
October 4, 2021 will be added to the City Council agenda as a Consent Calendar item.
