highlighting the designated entry point and parking area for this meeting. Following the dusty boots
tour, we will begin the Regular Meeting at 6:30 p.m. in the Executive Board Room for Closed
Session.

PUBLIC PARTICIPATION
Consistent with current COVID-19 safety guidelines, members of the public can participate in
this meeting as follows:
1. Attend In-Person. Limited first-come, first-served seating is available. All in-person
attendees are required to wear a face covering regardless of vaccination status, adhere to social
distancing and seating restrictions, and must be free of any symptoms associated with
COVID-19.
2. Attend Virtually via Webinar. This option provides the ability to provide live public comments
during Oral Communications and view slideshow presentations. To participate via webinar,
please register

you will receive an email containing a link to join the webinar. Advance registration is
recommended.
3. Watch the Meeting. The City Council meeting can be viewed live online

4. Listen to the Meeting. The public may participate via the listen-only teleconference mode by
calling (631) 992-3221 and entering Access Code 909-725-152 when prompted. No registration
or audio pin is necessary.
5. Submit Public Comments Prior to the Meeting. The public may submit comments via email
