We received CSD’s CVRA analysis from its legal counsel today.
CSD provided the analysis under the following conditions:
1. The city will not publicize that CSD shared the (otherwise confidential and attorney-client
privilege protected) analysis
2. Council Members may review a hard copy in city hall
3. The analysis must remain in city hall and may not be copied, photographed or
shared/distributed in any manner
4. Any notes you take may must remain in your possession and may not be shared/distributed
You can drop into city hall anytime to review the CSD analysis. It will be available before and after
Monday’s City Council meeting.
