Mayor and Council (via bcc),
A&W just completed its legal fee estimate and some additional CVRA analysis. If Fred were available
Monday, we would present this information to you in closed session. As an alternative, Council
Members can come into city hall to review the confidential update in the same manner the CSD and
city demographer information has been made available to you. That is, you can read it and take
notes, but you may not reproduce the memo or share your notes or its content outside closed
session.
Sara has a copy of the short memo when you come in.
The City Council will have the opportunity to discuss the memo with Fred in closed session upon his
return.
