Mayor and Council,
As I mentioned, the city has identified a partner to support the election format community forums.
Using a RFQ process that was already underway to support Brooke and RCS’s marketing efforts, we
have engaged Communications Lab and its proposal is attached.
I am confident you’ll find them a good fit and you might recognize their work and owner, Arianna
Barrios, from their efforts on behalf of OC Forum.
The professional services agreement will be part of the 12/27 agenda when you consider the
subcommittee recommendations.
The city needs these supplemental resources to deliver the community forums.

Good Morning Peter,
My apologies for not getting this into your hands prior to the weekend. Attached is our outline of
services and related costs for the Community Outreach project we discussed. As you requested,
there is room here to pick and choose what services the City would like to utilize. If necessary, we
can discuss additional adjustments to fit the signing authority if needed.
We are available, either Brian Lochrie or myself, to join your meeting today with the Ad Hoc
committee. Just let us know when you require our participation.
