Included with this email is the Run of Show (ROS) for Tuesday’s community forum. Please note:
Please arrive a few minutes early to settle in
You will be seat behind a table in the conference room
The meeting format (and Eagles Nest AV limitations) calls for Arianna and the Mayor to handle
questions during the forum (just like the first, virtual meeting)
Council Members and attendees have the opportunity to interact at the end of the forum
The forum will stream on Facebook Live and in addition to in-person, questions can come in
from email, text or Facebook
We don’t have any sense of what attendance will be and you’ll see the ROS calls for an early
end if few/no residents attend. In any event, Arianna and the Mayor will answer several of the
FAQ to supplement the explainer video

Election System Discussion
RUN OF SHOW
Session description: The City of Cypress has received a CVRA challenge, and the City Council has embarked on a
public education and outreach effort to solicit feedback from the community prior to undergoing full
deliberations as to whether to defend against the challenge or voluntarily move to By-District voting within the
City.
This Public Forum is the second of three sessions. This session will be live and in-person from within the City and
include a LIVE stream component to Facebook.
