Good afternoon Council Member Marquez,
It was brought to my attention by the County who is our filing officer, that you have not completed your Form 700 for leaving office with OCFA. It is important to complete
this within the 30 days after notifying us that you will not be serving on the Board of Directors. At your convenience, please feel free to contact me to provide assistance. I
have attached the original letter from the County for your reference. It identifies how to log into the County system should you want to file electronically. Should you want
to file manually, the original Form 700 must come to this office first, and we submit it to the County after receiving it on your behalf.
