Good afternoon Ms. Martinez,
I wanted to update you as soon as possible and I just received this notification before heading out of
the office right now:
Mia Martinez
Case ID #509224
Case ID #2315986
Case ID #2316108
It looks like Ms Martinez did not complete an application. All three of those case numbers are for
applications that were started but never completed and submitted. Unfortunately, the program
stopped accepting new applications for assistance after March 31.
The HCD representative explained above that none of the applications were fully submitted. The
eviction extension of June 30, 2022 would have only applied to you if you had submitted a complete
application before March 31st. Although, Housing is Key is no longer accepting applications the
following is a list of services in Orange County that I strongly recommend reaching out to for any
assistance:
1. Access California Services, they are located in Anaheim and can provide assistance with self-
sufficiency plans, government program application assistance amongst other services.
For more information you may call them or visit their website. They will be able to connect you with
someone on their staff to manage your case and find you some of the resources you may need.

referrals to mental health, alimentary and rental assistance.
