Recommendation: That the City Council officially reject the subject claim and instruct the claimant to pursue this claim with the proper responsible entity, Southern California Water Company. Recommendation: That the City Council authorize Mayor Kanel to present a commemorative plaque to Mrs. Mildred Vessels as outlined in the report. Consideration of Resolution Regarding Property Damage Caused by Door-to-Door Solicitors. Recommendation: title only, advertising solicitors.
