Recommendation: That the City Council, acting as the ex officio governing Board of Directors of the Cypress Recreation and Park District, approve the Orange County Transportation Authority Agreement No. C-8-0189 for the period of September 1, 1998 through June 30, 1999, to continue transportation services to the Senior Center for Cypress seniors.
