New Sign Face on an Existing Pole Sign at The Huntress Cocktail
Lounge, Located at 5591 Lincoln Avenue. (Planning Issue)
Recommendation: That the City Council adopt the Resolution by title only,

Recreation and Park District Matters:
19. Approval of Plans and Specifications, and Authorization to Solicit Bids for
Arnold/Cypress Park Roller Hockey Rink Construction.
Recommendation: That the City Council, acting as the ex officio governing
Board of Directors of the Cypress Recreation and Park District,
approve the Plans and Specifications for the construction of a Roller
Hockey Rink at Arnold/Cypress Park, and authorize staff to solicit bids
for the project.

20. Acceptance of $2,500 Donation From the Woman's Club of Cypress, and the
Appropriation of $2,500 for Purchase of Picnic Tables for Oak Knoll
Park.
Recommendation: That the City Council, acting as the ex officio governing
Board of Directors of the Cypress Recreation and Park District: 1)
Formally accept a donation in the amount of $2,500 from the
Woman's Club of Cypress, and increase the Recreation and Park
District revenue account #3713 (Donations) by $2,500; and 2)
Appropriate $2,500 to Recreation and Park District budget account
4113-12-301-10 for purchase of picnic tables.
