International, Inc.; and
2. Authorize the City Engineer to file a Notice of Completion with the County Recorder.
5.Accept the Residential Street Resurfacing, Project 314

Recommendation:
1. Accept the Residential Street Resurfacing, Project 314, in the amount of
$1,016,823.50 and approve the final payment of $46,203.28 to American Asphalt South,
Inc.; and
2. Authorize the City Engineer to file a Notice of Completion with the County Recorder.

invocational speaker’s particular faith, belief and/or religious denomination. The City Council has
an established neutral policy for selecting and scheduling invocational speakers. The City
