Approve plans for Veterans Park Restroom Renovations, Project 395; and 2. Award a contract to MDJ Management for $216,386.04, and authorize a contingency of $32,500; and 3. Approve a Task Order for Construction Inspection Services to FCG Consultants Inc., for $33,735.60, and authorize a contingency of $5,000.
