Specifically, the Agency Board requested that staff obtain the following bids: 1) from the Chamber of Commerce regarding the coordination of Mayor/Council breakfasts with community business owners; 2) from Glen McIntire and Associates, the company that prepared the Warland marketing brochure, to prepare a City/Agency brochure of a similar style and quality; and 3) from Penny Dash regarding the preparation of press releases for City/Agency promotion articles. Sample marketing brochures were presented for Councills viewing. Mr. Glen McIntire, Glen McIntire and Associates, volunteered to answer any questions from the Council about the brochures.
