M., Mayor Baroldi presiding. PRESENT: Arrowood, Denni, McCarney, Van Dyke and Baroldj ABSenT: None Also preserlt were: Robert K. Rogers, City Manager/City Clerk, Sheldon Ross, Assistant City Attorney and John Toups, City Engineer. MINUTES: It was moved by Councilman McCarney, seconded by Councilman Arrowood, and unanimously carried, the Minutes of November 20, 1961 be approved as mailed. It was moved by Councilman McCarney, seconded by Councilman Afrowood, amd unanimously carried, the Minutes of November 2y, 1961 be approved as mailed. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS: There were no oral communications presented at this time. PUBLIC HEARING RE: "CYPRESS LIGHTING DISTRICT NO. 2:" The Mayor announced this was the time and place for the public hearing to consider protests to the formation of Cypress Lighting District No. 2 and asked if there was anyone in the audience that wished to speak for or against this proposed Lighting District. The City Clerk reported there were no written communications filed, and there being no oral protests, the Mayor declared the public hearing closed. PUBLIC ttEARING RE: ZONE CHANGE Z-54; JOSEPH SOUSA, SR.: The Mayor announced this was the time and place for the public hearing to consider an amendment to the Zoning Ordinance to fezone from A-2 (Heavy Agriculture) to M-1 (industrial) approximately four acres located on the southeast corner cf Moody Street and Orange Ave., as requested by Joseph So/~sa, Sr., 5042 Orange Ave., Cypress, to be known as Zone Change Z-54, and asked if anyone in the audience wished to speak for or against th~s proposed Zone Change. Mr. Joe Enersom, representing the Southern Cs]~fornia Edison Co., ;lddressed the Council stating their company proposed to use th~s property for a pumping station. There being no written communications and no oral protests, the Mayor declared the public hearing closed.
