2. Noise from use of property be controlled and kept to a minimtm.
$. Subject property be adequately watered to prevent the excessive
creation of dust.
4. Recreational events not to start prior to 9:00 A. M-, on any
~ny, ~nd to cease at a reasonable hour in the evening.

The Mayor announced this was the time and place for the public hearing
to consider application for a permit to divide property located on the scmth
side of Orange, west of Holder for the purpose of allowing additional residences
tc be constructed, as requested by Wayne and Ruth Worley, 6412 Orange Avenue,
C~ress, and asked if anyone in the audience wished to speak for or ageinst
this '~pplication.
There being no written communications and no oral protests the ~ayor
declared. the pub]ic hearing closed.
