SECOND READING OF ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 13, ARTICLE IV, OF THE CYPRESS MUNICIPAL CODE, ENTITLED CYPRESS WATER QUALITY. PARTICIPATION IN THE ORANGE COUNTY PURCHASING ALLIANCE (OCPA). APPROPRIATION OF NARCOTICS ASSET SEIZURE FUNDS FOR THE PURCHASE OF A GLOBAL POSITIONING SATELLITE SURVEILLANCE SYSTEM. REVIEW OF INVESTMENT REPORT FOR THE MONTH OF MAY, 2011.
