RESOLUTION NO. 6368
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CYPRESS,
ESTABLISHING THE CITY'S APPROPRIATIONS LIMIT
FOR THE 2013 -14 FISCAL YEAR.
WHEREAS, Article XIIIB of the State Constitution establishes and defines annual
appropriation limits of local government; and
WHEREAS, appropriations subject to such limits may not exceed such limits; and
WHEREAS, Chapter 1205 of the Government Code requires that each year the
governing body shall, by resolution, establish its appropriations limits.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Cypress, hereby establishes the FY 2013 -14 appropriations limit as follows:
FY 2013 -14 Appropriation Limit $63,746,314
FY 2013 -14 Population Option Used Orange County Growth (0.78 %)
FY 2013 -14 Inflation Option Used California Per Capita Income (5.12 %)
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Cypress at a regular
meeting held on the 10th day of June, 2013.
