RESOLUTION NO. 6192
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CYPRESS, EX OFFICIO
GOVERNING BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CYPRESS RECREATION AND
PARK DISTRICT, A SUBSIDIARY DISTRICT OF THE CITY OF CYPRESS
ESTABLISHING THE CYPRESS RECREATION.AND PARK DISTRICT'S
APPROPRIATIONS LIMIT FOR THE 2010-11 FISCAL YEAR.
WHEREAS, Article XIIIB of the State Constitution establishes and defines annual
appropriation limits of local government; and
WHEREAS, appropriations subject to such limits may not exceed such limits; and
WHEREAS, Chapter 1205 of the Government Code requires that each year the
governing body shall, by resolution, establish its appropriations limit.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Cypress, acting as the ex officio governing Board of Directors of the Cypress Recreation
and Park District, hereby establishes that the amended appropriations limits for the
Cypress Recreation and Park District as follows:
FY 2010-11 Appropriation Limit $6,195,013
FY 2010-11 Population Option Used Orange County Growth (1.01%)
FY 2010-11 Inflation Option Used California Per Capita Income (-2.54%)
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Cypress, ex officio
governing Board of Directors of the Cypress Recreati and Park District, at a regular
meeting held on the 24th day of May, 2010.
