RESOLUTION NO. 5526
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CYPRESS CALIFORNIA, ADDING, DELETING, AND MODIFYING
ENTRIES AND TITLES WITHIN RESOLUTION NO. 4268
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 4268, was adopted by the Cypress City
Council on December 13, 1993, and established certain fines for parking
violations, is in need of amendment to add two (2) new entries, delete several
duplicate entries, and modify titles contained therein; and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 4268 of the Cypress City Council is hereby
amended to include the following:

This Resolution supersedes all previous Resolutions which established any
fines for City services in conflict with those set forth herein.
The fines set forth in this Resolution shall become effective March 25, 2002.
