Association of Governments, Requesting the City Council
to Adopt a Resolution Regarding the 1990 Census Count.
Recommendation: That the City Council adopt the Resolution by
title only, title as follows, supporting the concept of
counting everyone in the 1990 Federal Census without

reading of the Ordinance Amending Chapter 15 of the
Cypress City Code by Adding Article IV, "Alcoholic
Beverage Warning Signs".
