AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CYPRESS
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 640, THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE
CITY OF CYPRESS, BY PLACING CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND IN THE
RS -6,000 RESIDENTIAL SINGLE- FAMILY - DENSITY INCENTIVE ZONE,
RM -20 RESIDENTIAL MULTIPLE - FAMILY ZONE, MHP MOBILE HOME PARK
ZONE, CH -LC COMMERCIAL HEAVY - LINCOLN AVENUE COMBINING ZONE,
AND PUBLIC AND SEMI - PUBLIC ZONE AND KNOWN AS ZONE CHANGE NO. 88 -1
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CYPRESS DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The adoption of zone designations as approved by
the City Council is consistent with the Land Use Element of the
General Plan of the City of Cypress.
SECTION 2. All the certain property described as follows is
hereby zoned RS -6,000 Residential Single - Family Zone:
In accordance with the attached Exhibit A, and by this
reference incorporated herein.
SECTION 3. All the certain property described as follows is
hereby zoned RS- 6,000 -DI Residential Single - Family- Density
Incentive Zone.
In accordance with the attached Exhibit A, and by this
reference incorporated herein.
SECTION 4. All the certain property described as follows is
hereby zoned RM -20 Residential- Multiple Zone.
In accordance with the attached Exhibit. A, and by this
reference incorporated herein.
SECTION 5. All the certain property described as follows is
hereby zoned MHP Mobile Home Park Zone:
In accordance with the attached Exhibit A, and by this
reference incorporated herein.
SECTION 6. All the certain property described as follows is
hereby zoned CH -LC Commercial Heavy- Lincoln Avenue Combining
Zone.
In accordance with the attached Exhibit A, and by this
reference incorporated herein.
SECTION 7. All the certain property described as follows is
hereby zoned PS Public and Semi- Public Zone.
In accordance with the attached Exhibit. A, and by this
reference incorporated herein.
FIRST READ at an adjourned regular meeting of the City
Council of said City held on the 24th day of May 1988, and
tinally adopted and ordered posted at a regular meeting of said
Council held on the 13th day of June 1988.
