ORDINANCE NO. 616
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CYPRESS
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 559, THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE
CITY OF CYPRESS, BY CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION
OF CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM MP -40000 TO PC- 25A(ZONE CHANGE
NO. 78 -5) AND ADOPTING DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS FOR SAID
PROPERTY.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Cypress, after a
duly noticed public hearing, has recommended approval of Zone Change
No. 78 -5 changing the zoning classification of the subject property
from MP -40000 to PC -25A and establishing development standards for
said property; and
WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing for the consideration of the
zone change was held by the City Council of the City of Cypress on April
10, 1978; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Cypress has considered
evidence presented by the applicant, the City staff and other interested
parties at the public hearing held with respect thereto.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CYPRESS HEREBY DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The change of zone as approved is consistent with the
General Plan of the City of Cypress.
SECTION 2. All that certain property described in Exhibit "A" attached
hereto and by this reference incorporated herein, is hereby rezoned from
MP -40000 to PC -25A.
SECTION 3. The development standards for the property described in
Exhibit "A" shall be as set forth in Exhibit "B ", a copy of which is on
file in the Office of the City Clerk and by this reference incorporated
herein.
SECTION 4. The official Zoning Map of the City of Cypress is hereby
amended to reflect the change of zone approved herein.
FIRST READ at a regular meeting of the City Council of said City held
on the 10th day of April 1978 and finally adopted and ordered posted at
a regular meeting of said Council held on the 24th day of April 1978.
