ORDINANCE NO, 470
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CYPRESS AMENDING THE
ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 90 BY CHANGING THE ZONE OF A CERTAIN PARCEL OF
LAND FROM P -D (PLANNED DEVELOPMENT) to R -1 (SINGLE- FAMILY RESIDENTIAL)
KNOWN AS ZONE CHANGE N0. Z -204.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CYPRESS DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: Ordinance No. 90, which Ordinance is the Zoning
Ordinance of the City of Cypress, is amended by placing the ;property
described in Section II hereof, in the R -1 (Single - Family Residential)
Zone.
SECTION II: The property which is the subject of this Ordinance is
described as follows:
A certain parcel of land in the City of Cypress, County of
Orange, described as follows:
Lots 1 through 105 of Tract 6213 as shown on map recorded in the
office of the County Recorder, of said County, Miscellaneous Maps,
Book 234, pages 5 through 8; and also Lots 1 through 105 of Tract
6214 as shown on map recorded in the office of the County Recorder
of said County, Miscellaneous Maps, Book 235, pages 42 through 45;
and also lots 1 through 20 of Tract 6215 as shown on map recorded
in the office of the County Recorder of said County, Miscellaneous
Maps, Book 243, pages 1 and 2; and also Lots 1 through 82 and Lot
"A" of Tract 6489 as recorded on map recorded in the office of the
County Recorder of said County, Miscellaneous Maps, Book 238,
pages 24 through 26.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Cypress at a
regular meeting held on the 13th day of December, 1971.
