The City Council has an established neutral policy for selecting and scheduling invocational speakers. EXECUTE GRANT DEED FOR ROADWAY EASEMENT ON KATELLA AVENUE. APPROVE THE CITY ENGINEER'S REPORT AND RENEW CYPRESS CORPORATE CENTER LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE DISTRICT NO. 1 (STANTON CHANNEL BERM). Prepared by: Douq Dancs, Director of Community Development Recommended Action: That the City Council adopt the Resolutions by title only, titles as follows: 1) Declaring the City Council's intention to order the renewal of Cypress Corporate Center Landscape Maintenance District No. 1 for the maintenance of the landscaping and irrigation system on the berm on the north side of the Stanton Channel; and 2) Approving the City Engineer's Report and establishing a public hearing for July 11, 2016.
