WHEREAS, after a thorough analysis by the City Council of the City of Cypress
concerning the proposed amendment to the Specific Plan's future impact on the existing and
surrounding land uses within and adjacent to the Cypress Business and Professional Center

establishing general provisions allowing for fairgrounds and accessory uses and entertainment
uses to be conditionally permitted for an interim period; and

HEREBY APPROVE this Amendment to Specific Plan No. 89 -1.
