1. Approve a contract to Advanced Alarm, Inc. for $40,251.21; and
2. Approve a $60,252 increase in appropriations in the Cypress Recreation and Park
District General Fund for security improvements at the Community Center and

5. Accept Tree Planting Program, Project 152

Recommendation: Accept the Tree Planting Program, Project 152, in the final amount
of $100,832, and approve the final retention payment of $5,041.60 to B &J Tree Service.

Recommendation:
1. Approve a Supplemental Appropriation of $668,220 to Purchase a New Computer
Aided Dispatch and Records Management System for West Cities Police
Communications; and
2. Approve a transfer of $668,220 from the Narcotics Asset Seizure Fund to the
General Fund to fund the purchase.

NEW BUSINESS
11. Adopt a Resolution Approving a Memorandum of Understanding with the
Cypress Police Officers' Association from July 1, 2016 through June 30, 2019

Recommendation:
1. Adopt a Resolution approving a Memorandum of Understanding with the Cypress
Police Officers' Association from July 1, 2016 through June 30, 2019; and
2. Approve a supplemental appropriation of $230,000 in the General Fund to
provide for the additional costs for the first year of the Memorandum of
Understanding.
