AWARD OF CONTRACTS:
1. Continuation of Consideration of Award of Contract for the Construction of
an Addition to the Maintenance Building at Arnold/Cypress Park, Public

2. Consideration of Award of Contract for Re-Upholster of Modular Furniture
at Community Center.
CONSENT CALENDAR:

3. Consideration of Approval of City Council Minutes of February 11, 1991.
Recommendation: That the City Council approve the Minutes of February
11, 1991, as submitted.

5. Consideration of Design Review Committee's Approval of DRC #91-2.
Recommendation: Receive and file.
6. Consideration of Renewal of Professional Photographic Services Contract.
Recommendation: That the City Council athorize staff to renew the contract
for professional photography services with Mr. Edward H. Spurgeon of
Cypress Photo Art, 6177 Ball Road, Cypress, CA 90630, for the period of
March 1, 1991 through February 29, 1992, with no change to the existing
contract rates.
Consideration of Adoption of Resolution Relating to the Farm Animal
Overlay Zone as Applied to the Property Maintained by Mrs. Gail Simonz,
8162 Gay Street, Cypress.
Recommendation: That the City Council adopt the Resolution by title only,
title as follows, finding and determining that the use as "Farm Animal
Property" at 8162 Gay Street, Cypress, is a legal nonconforming use for
purposes of the City of Cypress' Zoning Ordinance.
